Did you place an order or make a payment?

Please take the following steps:

• Your bank or payment provider: contact your bank, PayPal or credit card company immediately and request a chargeback.
• Shopify: report the store to Shopify, the platform on which it is hosted, via shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/fraud. Please include store ID 97895350596 and your order confirmation.
• Fraudehelpdesk: report the fraud to the Dutch fraud help desk via fraudehelpdesk.nl.
• Police: file a report with your local police. In the Netherlands, you can do so online via politie.nl.

When you take any of the steps above, we kindly ask you to also send a copy of your report (and, if available, your order confirmation and case or reference numbers) to info@simbamarketing.nl. This helps us gain an overview of all affected cases, which we will include in our own report to the authorities. Any information you share will be used solely for that purpose.
