Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Free standard shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Delivery to the United Kingdom takes 2 to 4 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipment confirmation and tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Shipping destinations

We primarily ship to the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. If you are located elsewhere and have questions about delivery to your country, please contact us at info@nedergear.nl.

Customs and import duties (UK orders)

As Nedergear is based in the Netherlands, orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to UK customs duties or import VAT for orders above the relevant threshold. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Delays and lost packages

Nedergear is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nedergear is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@nedergear.nl and we will do our best to redirect the package before it ships.
